SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

Shipping: $10 per order unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Pre-Order Items: Estimated arrival dates are listed in each product description. Please remember that preorder dates are estimates and may be affected by production or shipping delays.

Once your order is ready to ship, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Long Hook Outfitters is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Local Pickup: Customers who select local pickup will receive a notification when their order is ready. Please wait for the ready-for-pickup notification before coming to collect your order.
