Orders & Payment

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are purchased before inventory arrives. Estimated arrival dates are provided in the product description but are not guaranteed and may be affected by manufacturer, production, or shipping delays.

Shipping & Pickup
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Long Hook Outfitters is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Local pickup customers should wait until they receive a ready-for-pickup notification before collecting their order.

Returns
Eligible returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery or pickup and are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Approved returns are issued as store credit unless otherwise stated.
